The options on our website are what we currently offer and are available. If you’d like our products to have different sizes or options, please let us know and we’ll look into exploring if these new sizes/options are available to add.
If you just placed an order, it may take a couple of minutes to receive an order confirmation. If you still have not received one, please reach out to our team by emailing merch@katebowler.com, and we’ll work on getting you an order confirmation.
We do our best to print and ship your order within 12 business days. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date and a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that international tracking can be limited, and delivery times may vary—especially given the ever-changing rhythms of global shipping. Thanks for your patience with the things we can’t rush.
Right now, we’re only able to ship within the United States and Canada. Wah-wah 🙁 If you’re cheering us on from elsewhere, thank you! We hope to reach more places in the future.
We get it—sometimes things change. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to help you update or cancel it. But once it’s being printed, we aren’t able to make changes or stop the process. Because our items are custom made just for you, canceling after production has started may still incur the full cost. Thanks for understanding the limits we work within.

Please allow up to 72 hours to receive a tracking link after your order is shipped. You will not receive a tracking link while your order is in pre-production or production.
We’re so sorry to hear that. Because each item is custom printed just for you, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds for dissatisfaction alone. We know that’s not ideal, and we truly wish we could do more.

If your tracking link shows that your package was never delivered, it may be lost in transit. Please reach out to us at merch@katebowler.com, and we’ll help sort it out—usually by reprinting your order and getting it back on its way to you.
